The major classes of neutral lipids and the phospholipids were determined in sarcolemma, fragmented sarcoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria rat skeletal muscle. 2. lipid composition sarcolemma is clearly different from that reticulum mitochondria. contains a high content phosphatidylserine sphingomyelin phospholipid as well large amounts cholesterol, cholesterol ester fatty acids fraction. 3. acid 16:0 + 18:0 less unsaturated than or which are very similar.
