摘要: The presence of human papillomavirus genomes-16 and -6b in metastatic cervical lymph nodes was examined 34 cases laryngeal carcinomas by means polymerase chain reaction, which had been fixed formalin embedded paraffin. Human DNAs extracted from paraffin-embedded tumor tissues were used for reaction with amplification the E6 region genome-16 E1 genome-6b. sequences positively amplified six (17.6%) tumors; sequence one (2.9%) tumor. Laryngeal glottic origin showed high DNA-positive rates (4 9 cases, 44.4%) compared to those other sites. These results suggest that infection might be closely associated development some squamous cell similar uterine carcino-genesis.
