摘要: PURPOSE Several adjuvant approaches are regarded as available options in the management of localized, resectable gastric cancer .The objective our study was to evaluate multiple field and anteroposterior conformal technique. METHODS Ninety-seven patients received three dimensional (3DCRT) postoperative radiation therapy for carcinoma. Thirty-five (AP/PA) fields (Group B), while 62 were irradiated with multifield technique A). Their ages ranged between 29-85 years. The quality life (QoL) all after completion radiotherapy using QLQ-C30 EORTC questionnaire (European Organization Research Treatment Cancer) investigate any measurable differences those two techniques according QUANTEC criteria radiotoxicity. RESULTS In terms criteria, superior concerning left kidney (p=0.025), right (p<0.001), spinal cord (p<0.001) planning target volume (PTV) coverage (p<0.001). According EORTC/ RTOG toxicity rate diarrhea higher AP/ PA (p=0.028). QLQ-C30, appetite loss (p=0.022), (p=0.046) global QoL CONCLUSION On basis questionnaire, dosimetric parameters, present report has shown that is compared AP-PA techniques.
