摘要: In the cellulase-cellulose reaction system, adsorption of cellulase on solid cellulose substrate was found to be one important parameters that govern enzymatic hydrolysis rate cellulose. The usually parallels affinity for varies depending structural properties Adsorption such as half-saturation constant, maximum and distribution coefficient both have been experimentally determined several substrates.
