摘要: To analyze humic substances by capillary electrophoresis diluted acid (HA) solutions were used as a background electrolyte, resulting in the improved reproducibility of analysis suppressing analyte interactions with walls. Two HA investigated: standard solution and Baltic Sea sediment extract. Characteristic shape electropherograms obtained. Areas characteristic regions correlated linearly concentration injected sample.
