摘要: The effect of α-, β- and γ-cyclodextrin onthe photochemical stability 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (C120)was studied. Using spectroscopic techniques (UV/Vis absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence, fluorescence anisotropy circular dichroism) combined with HPLC/MS MS analysis it was demonstrated that addition β-cyclodextrin to the aqueoussolution C120 markedly inhibits photodegradation dye. This results from theformation an inclusion complex between β-cyclodextrin.
