摘要: Fatigue strength assessment has become more important in the structural design of ships and marine structures due to increase structure size constructed steel. The cracks or crack-like defects are usually pre-existing initiated weld details these welded structures. Fracture mechanics is recommended for use acceptable defects, evaluation acceptance criteria fabrication planning in-service inspection.
