摘要: Permanent magnet films of the compounds SmCo5, Nd2Fe14B, and a high intrinsic coercive force, iHc, Sm‐Ti‐Fe phase have been prepared by two‐stage process in which appropriate compositions were first deposited with magnetic field applied substrate plane, then subsequently crystallized situ this same field. The resulting samples exhibited iHc values specular reflecting surfaces. For case SmCo5 for phase, synthesized that extreme in‐the‐film‐plane anisotropy. these measurements, made at room temperature, indicated an anisotropy constant least 107 erg/cm3 magnetizing film plane parallel versus perpendicular to had during sputter deposition crystallization.
