摘要: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is associated with dyslipidemia, characterized by increased levels of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins (TRLPs), including very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and intermediate-density (IDL), no change or a reduction in (LDL) low high-density (HDL) levels. Serum triglycerides IDL are risk factors for vascular dialysis patients, whereas LDL not. The principal cause the increase TRLPs decreased removal, not synthesis. clearance defect arises from specific receptors, decreases activity lipases, low-molecular weight apolipoproteins that inhibit interaction between both receptors lipases catabolize them. VLDL patients structurally abnormal metabolized at normal rate lipase (LPL).
