摘要: A process of and method for financing purchase real property by mortgagors through a combination mortgagee debt principal partial equity interest in the purchased system which both calculates multiple mortgagor financial obligations rights prints instruments embodying those rights. The also employs generally available house price indices as proxies values, produces periodic reports to obligated balances, determines balances upon sale and/or termination produced system.
