摘要: Under natural conditions, Chroothece richteriana synthesizes a fairly high proportion of fatty acids. However, nothing is known about how environmental changes affect their production, or the production protective compounds, when colonies develop under full sunshine with levels UV radiation. In this study, wild C. were subjected to increasing temperature, conductivity, ammonium concentrations and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), radiations assess potential in lipid composition mycosporine-like amino acids (MAAs) concentration. The PERMANOVA analysis detected no differences for whole acid profile among treatments, but percentages α-linolenic total polyunsaturated increased at lowest assayed temperature. linoleic lowering γ-linolenic arachidonic decreased concentration was related conductivity. samples exposed UVB showed higher eicosapentaenoic monounsaturated acids, expense saturated MAAs accumulation not significantly also highest PAR UVR exposure, while temperature had effect. observed are probably adaptations both membrane fluidity low metabolism protect cells against damage. results suggest change response stressful conditions due climate change, highlight interest species future research biotechnological compound types.
