System and method of photography using digital camera capable of detecting information on a photographed site

摘要: A GPS module of an object position detecting unit receives coordinate data from a satellite via antenna. radio I/F transmits to digital camera. After photographing object, CPU calculates camera azimuth and distance between photographed site the according data. Thereafter, information on data, azimuth, is attached tag image file along with taken thumbnail image, recorded in memory card.
