摘要: Methods for controlling a ramp rate of an output voltage derived from one or more charge pumps and reducing variation in the due to process, voltage, temperature (PVT) variations are described. In some embodiments, may be controlled using control circuit that uses digital counter adjust (or step up) based on schedule. The schedule specify varying levels during time period which charges up first second greater than voltage.
