摘要: This paper explains the circuitry and signal processing to perform electrical impedance spectroscopy on piezoelectric materials ultrasound transducers. Here, we measure compare spectra of 2-5 MHz piezoelectrics, but methodology applies for 700 kHz-20 ultrasonic devices as well. Using a 12 ns wide 5 volt pulsing circuit an impulse, determine curves experimentally using Ohm's law fast Fourier transform (FFT), results with mathematical models. The method allows rapid measurement range frequencies narrow input pulse, digital oscilloscope FFT techniques. technique compares well current methodologies such network analyzers while providing additional versatility in measurement. is theoretically simple, easy implement completed ordinary laboratory instrumentation minimal cost.
