摘要: The aim of this work was to evaluate the influence fungal cultures on disappearance dry matter in vitro ruminal assays. used were Aspergillus oryzae, niger, Trichoderma harzianum and Penicillium spp., nine substrates divided rich fiber, starch protein. Cellulose, amylase protease profiles obtained. Results showed that all different (P 0.05) observed among cultures, although only two included amylases. results suggest increase cannot be attributed addition enzymatic activity, but those other mechanisms are involved, effect is more substrate dependent not culture type.
