摘要: Effects of Intraventricular injections 6-hydroxydopamine (6-OHDA) on adrenocortical cell proliferation in rats have been Investigated by means the colchicine metaphase-arrest technique. In group animals receiving 6-OHDA alone, an increase mean mitotic activity rate (MMAR) was observed at 96 h and 144 after injection. This rise MMAR completely inhibited pretreatment with desmethyl imipramine (DMI) - a blocker norepinephrine uptake. It is concluded that enhancement ACTH secretion responsible for above mentioned administration. phenomenon related to abolition inhibitory noradrenergic effect treatment. Additionally, results suggest little or no involvement dopaminergic neurons early changes intraventricular 6-OHDA.
