摘要: The purpose of this study was to compare the biocompatibility amalgam, gray MTA and white in connective tissue rats. We used 45 Sprague-Dawley rats study. were divided into three groups. Root end filling materials placed polyethylene tubes inserted rats' through incisions. sacrificed after 3 days, 1 wk, respectively. Histologic samples sectioned 5-mum thicknesses stained with hematoxylin eosin. Kruskal-Wallis test for statistical analysis. results showed that more biocompatible than amalgam. After week, Amalgam. there no significant differences between experimental groups control group.
