摘要: We formalize one aspect of reliability in the context Mobility-on-Demand (MoD) systems by acknowledging uncertainty pick-up time these services. This study answers two key questions: i) how difference between stated and actual times affect propensity a passenger to choose an MoD service? ii) service provider can leverage this information increase its ridership? conduct discrete choice experiment New York answer former question adopt micro-simulation-based optimization method latter question. In our experiments, ridership could be increased up 10\% via displaying predicted wait strategically.
