摘要: This paper describes the magnetic properties, recording performance and corrosion resistance of sputtered CoCr alloy films CoCrTa films. The saturation magnetization was 525 emu/cc not affected by substitution a small amount Ta. exhibit greater coercive force values than maximum 1400 Oe at thickness 400A, whereas similar 900 Oe. decreases linearly with temperature (25°C. to 125°C.) rate 3.16 Oe/°C. for 1.87 CoCr. Longitudinal -3 dB signal level 8386 flux reversals/cm (21,300 fci) 11,063 (28,100 respectively. alloys exhibited 80% relative humidity 65° C. two-week period equivalent least six years under ambient disc drive conditions.
