摘要: The paper reports on a modeling and evaluation study of session characteristics BitTorrent traffic. is second generation Peer-to-Peer (P2P) application recently developed as an alternative to the classical client-server model reduce load burden content servers networks. Results are reported measuring, analysis layer traces collected at Blekinge Institute Technology (BIT) local ISP. For doing this, dedicated measurement infrastructure has been BIT collect P2P A methodology put forth well. New results BitTorrent, it observed that interarrivals can be accurately modeled by hyper-exponential distribution while durations sizes reasonably well lognormal distribution.
