摘要: Distributed generation in micro cogeneration systems, e.g. reciprocating or Stirling engines and fuel cells, is of increasing interest the energy market. This paper investigates environmental impacts by carrying out a detailed life cycle assessment an analysis local air quality systems. Most systems are superior, as far reduction GHG emissions concerned, not only to average electricity heat supply, but also state-of-the art separate production gas power plants condensing boilers. The advantages comparable district heating with CHP. Under assumption that boilers competing heat-supply technology, all technologies within very narrow range. Looking at potential on level supply object (e.g. single-family house) modeling operation CHP optimization tool, achievable mitigation somewhat lower, because do whole demand. Here, cells offer advantage higher power-to-heat ratio. Environmental other than those related climate resource protection relate more specifically technology. In addition investigating side, situation residential area supplied was carried out. shows for selected conditions, additional emission NOx due create severe impacts.
