Robust semi-Dirac points and unconventional topological phase transitions in doped superconducting Sr2IrO4 tunnel coupled to t2g electron systems

摘要: Semi-Dirac fermions are known to exist at the critical points of topological phase transitions requiring fine-tuning parameters. We show that robust semi-Dirac can appear in a heterostructure consisting superconducting Sr2IrO4 and t2g electron system (t2g-ES) without fine-tuning. They topologically stable presence symmetries model, metallic t2g-ES single active band Sr2IrO4. If metal is coupled two different layers (effectively multiband superconductor) three-layer-structure split into Dirac with opposite chiralities. A similar transition be achieved if supports intrinsic triplet superconductivity. By considering Sr2RuO4 as an example we predict rich diagram function various
