Discovery and SARs of Trans-3-Aryl Acrylic Acids and Their Analogs as Novel Anti- Tobacco Mosaic Virus (TMV) Agents

摘要: A series of trans-3-aryl acrylic acids 1–27 and their derivatives 28–34 were prepared evaluated for antiviral activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) the first time. The bioassay results showed that most these compounds exhibited good TMV, which 1, 5, 6, 20, 27 34 significantly higher TMV than commercial Ribavirin both in vitro vivo. Furthermore, have more simple structure Ribavirin, can be synthesized efficiently. These new findings demonstrate represent a template studies could considered novel therapy plant infection.
