摘要: In an effort to alter the filamentous morphology of Penicillium chrysogenum cells, a technique was developed confine growth mycelia porous celite beads. The pore matrix these beads found be very effective for entrapping mycelial cells and spores. entrapped spores were used initiate fermentations in shake flask cultures.
