摘要: For a detailed and correct understanding of effects colloidal nanoparticles exposed to organisms, correlation such the physicochemical properties is necessity. Such complex by fact that many parameters as size, shape, surface charge, stability are interlinked, nontrivial experimentally determine. This review aims give an overview regarding correlations. Particular focus will be given on role determining nanoparticle concentrations, which basis for most quantitative toxicity evaluations. A comparison mass versus particle number concentrations given, their respective differences highlighted.
