摘要: Subcellular distribution of total phospholipids and mannophosphoinositides (mannosides) was examined inMycobacterium smegmatis ATCC 607 during its transition from the early exponential to stationary phase growth. There relatively more these substances in cell membrane than wall, amount increased with age culture.
