摘要: Abstract High-throughput proteomics is one of the most dynamically developing research areas. Frequently, whole protein content a cell digested, fractionated and analyzed in completely automated way, including data analysis. Not only are proteins identified this but quantitative studies also performed, posttranslational modifications covalently labeled derivatives identified. Because presence unexpected and/or unconsidered contaminants or modified peptides can lead to misinterpretation such an environment, it mandatory that we attempt identify, understand evaluate factors contribute complexity digest mixtures.
