摘要: The treatment of patients with anaplastic thyroid cancer, like the papillary is controversial. reason for controversy that carcinoma one most aggressive and potentially deadly malignancies. Most cancer have a poor prognosis regardless usually die suffocation from local tumor invasion; median survival time about 6 mo (1,2), overall mortality rate 97% (1, 2, 3). At initial examination, large (5–10 cm) fixed mass, 30% will already distant, pulmonary, metastases (1,4). also coexistent well-differentiated (4, 5, 6, 7). Apparently, 1% differentiated cancers transform into (8). Some these tumors demonstrate progression through insular variant, then (9). Serial transplantation leads to transformation (10,11). Anaplastic are more likely p53 platelet-derived growth factor mutations than (12, 13, 14).
