摘要: Recent advances in harvesting techniques and radiological imaging protocols have resulted fat graft breast augmentation becoming an alternative to implant augmentation. Adipose-derived stem cells are well known for their regenerative therapeutic properties the ability differentiate along multiple lineage pathways. The subcutaneous adipose tissue is largest reservoir of adipose-derived (ADSCs). Liposuction thus a convenient method obtaining large amounts ADSCs eliminates need culturing. authors discuss cell-enhanced describe technique cell isolation grafting.
