摘要: While recent studies have demonstrated several negative effects of work-family conflict for correctional employees, none examined the impact on organizational citizenship behaviors personnel. To help fill this gap in research, study relationship between four types and 160 staff a private Midwestern maximum security prison juveniles adjudicated as adults. Based job demands model person-environment fit theory, strain-based conflict, time-based behavior-based family-on-work were predicted to relate negatively with employee behaviors.
