摘要: The structures of ordered and disordered cubic Ti x O z = TiO y (y= z/x) phases containing both vacancies were studied by x-ray diffraction. results demonstrate that annealing with y= 0.9–1.1 below 1300 K leads to the formation a monoclinic Ti5O5phase (sp. gr. C2/m(A12m/1)). Symmetry analysis Ti5O5superstructure indicates –Ti5O5ordering transition is defined {k10} Lifshits {k4} {k1} non-Lifshits wavevector manifolds. ordering shown be first-order accompanied decrease in unit-cell volume parent lattice. distribution functions titanium monoxide are calculated, Ti- O-site near-neighbor environments identified. region possible long-range-order parameters outlined.
