摘要: The power yield of a PV array depends on solar radiation and temperature. Maximum point (MPP) tracking techniques are employed to maximize the output source. panel is primary source nano satellite. To optimize design, an electrical MPP scheme very vital extract maximum from at all instances. schemes known thus far employ conventional DC-DC converters using inductors which hinder miniaturization. This paper demonstrates use buck type Switched Capacitor (SC) dc-dc converter for 8Kg remote sensing Since SC do not inductors, they have large density amenable A novel method presented involves measurement voltage, temperature computing sun incidence angle with knowledge space craft position. closed loop control fixed frequency achieved by pulse-width modulating gate drive MOSFET switches converter. weight entire system approximately 750 grams.
