摘要: Exploitation of the patient's own immune system to induce antitumor responses using dendritic cell (DC) immunotherapy has been established in early clinical trials as a safe and promising therapeutic approach for cancer. However, their limited success larger highlights need optimize DC vaccine preparations. This chapter describes methodologies utilized preparation most commonly used trials.
