摘要: Exploitation of the patient's own immune system to induce antitumor responses using dendritic cell (DC) immunotherapy has been established in early clinical trials as a safe and promising therapeutic approach for cancer. However, their limited success larger highlights need optimize DC vaccine preparations. This chapter describes methodologies utilized preparation most commonly used trials. Optional variations at different stages preparation, based on nature antigen, delivery maturation stimuli, mode administration vaccines, are also presented consideration these often dependent disease setting, desired response, and/or resources available.
