摘要: MicroRNA-375 (miR-375) is expressed at low levels in many types of solid tumor, particularly gastrointestinal tumors. It considered to be important the development cancer and certain diseases. Thus, more detailed knowledge required on particular functions miR-375. miRs function by regulating target genes. Therefore, current study, miRWalk (which includes data from 10 prediction software programs) was used predict genes The genes, which were co-predicted using five different programs further analyzed Database for Annotation, Visualization Integrated Discovery online [including gene ontology (GO) Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis]. Subsequently, tool, Search Tool Retrieval Interacting Genes, analyze protein-protein interaction construct modules Cytoscape. result demonstrated 6,574 predicted 1,325 co-predicted. GO analysis indicated that, biological processes, significantly enriched regulation nervous system cell differentiation, highest enrichment molecular ion binding. In KEGG analysis, Hippo signaling pathway, glutamatergic synapse, circadian entrainment phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K)-Akt pathway. top hub proteins mechanistic rapamycin, PH domain leucine rich repeat protein phosphatase 1, ubiquitously transcribed tetratricopeptide containing, Y-linked, histone deacetylase 2, F-box 19, KIT proto-oncogene receptor tyrosine kinase, angiotensinogen, Janus kinase fibroblast growth factor 2 RNA polymerase II subunit A. These predominantly regulate progression cancer, hypertension, essential thrombocythemia inflammation. seven selected identified primarily chemokines, extracellular matrix-receptor interaction, focal adhesion, PI3K-Akt amoebiasis processing that study Furthermore, they present potential novel biomarkers tumor diagnosis candidate targets treatment, indicate research establish
