摘要: This paper presents an extension of the finite polygenic mixed model Fernando et al. (1994) to linkage analysis. The model, extended for analysis, leads a likelihood that can be calculated using efficient algorithms developed oligogenic models. For comparison, analysis 5 simulated 4021-member pedigrees was performed usual inheritance, approximated by Hasstedt (1982), and presented here. Maximum estimates could inferred closer values in these pedigrees.
