摘要: A study has been made of the toxicology and pharmacology gadolinium samarium chlorides. The symptoms acute toxicity following intraperitoneal injection are described. chronic oral ingestion both chemicals for 12 weeks produced no effects on growth or blood picture, only male rats receiving chloride showed liver damage. pharmacological responses to were mainly depressant all systems studied, death was associated with cardiovascular collapse coupled respiratory paralysis. greatest damage seen abraded skin, where non-healing ulcers by chemicals, whereas irritation intact skin ocular tissues transient in nature.
