摘要: Ser/Thr/Tyr kinases (STYKs) commonly found in eukaryotes have been recently reported many bacterial species. Recent studies elucidating their cellular functions established roles growth and development. However of a large number STYKs still remain elusive. The organisation domains dataset has investigated here order to recognise variety domain combinations which determine STYKs.
