High Performance Natural Rubber Composites with Well-Organized Interconnected Graphene Networks for Strain-Sensing Application

摘要: High-concentration reduced graphene oxide (RGO) solution was produced using gelatin (Gel) as the stabilizer and subreductant hydrazine hydrate (HHA) main reductant. The Gel-HHA-RGO nanosheets exhibited excellent colloidal dispersibility stability in alkaline condition. filled natural rubber (NR) composites were prepared by water-based casting. Well-organized interconnected RGO networks constructed throughout NR matrix, which played an important role determining properties of composites. tensile modulus dynamic storage improved several orders magnitude with increasing content. Meanwhile, a dramatic increase electrical conductivity low percolation threshold 0.21 vol % perceived.
