摘要: NiO and CuO nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel method fro m n ickel itrate copper nitrate respectively. For the synthesis processes, respective is used as precursor ethanol solvent. The obtained gels dried at 300℃. of both samples mixed into 1:1 ratio ground thoroughly. pressed pellet o f mixture subjected to calcinations 500℃ in order achieve NiO/CuO nanocomposite. St ructural optical characterizat ions nanocomposite investigated using XRD UV-Visib le spectrophotometer crystallite size pure was decreased 20 ~17 strain increased 0.18% 0.23% when same formed with Cu O. Urbach energy estimated UV-Vis ible spectra 0.548 eV 0.795 NiO/ This indicates O induced disorder NiO/Cu sample. Ou r study thus confirms that making has influenced significantly on nanoparticles.
