摘要: Abstract A novel and sensitive label-free electrochemical immunosensor was developed for enzyme-free determination of biomarker tumor necrosis factor α antigen (TNF-α) based on entrapping a TNF-α-antibody onto nanocomposite containing fullerene-functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotubes ionic liquid (1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis (trifluoromethyl sulfonyl)imide) (C60–CNTs–IL). C60–CNTs–IL used as desirable sensor platform excellent electrocatalyst oxidation catechol probe in an immunosensor. Determination TNF-α its obstruction the electrocatalytic by after binding to surface electrode through interaction with anti-TNF-α. The protein layers modified generated barrier electron-transfer; we demonstrated effect immobilized modification kinetic parameters every step construction. Various such area (A), diffusion coefficient (D) electron-transfer rate constant (ks) were also studied calculated aqueous solution. Under optimal conditions, results that this had dynamic range between 5.0 pg/mL 75 pg/mL low detection limit 2.0 pg/mL TNF-α. fabricated successfully applied serum samples. obtained showed change due each fabrication demonstrates promising applications diagnostics bioassay.
