摘要: Purpose: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) has been accepted as one of the best methods for treatment patients with gallbladder (GB) disease. Diagnosis malignant disease by radiologic finding is possible; however, some cases canbe diagnosed incidentally cancer after a LC. Prognosis GB very poor; complete recovery can be achieved early detection and resection. This study was performed in order to determine incidence clinical features Methods: A retrospective analysis 10 Patients polyp prior surgery, but LC from January 2002 February 2011 conducted. Results: Of 124 polyp, were incidental cancer, rate approximately 8%. Mean age 60.9. diameter polyps 1.1 cm, six pedunculated polyps, four sessile polyps. stones surgery patients. Four had pT1a tumors (limited mucosa) pT2 (invaded perimuscular tissue ) or pT3 (perforated serosa, direct invasion into liver). Conclusion: Malignancy potential Surgeons should aware possibility malignancy frozen section biopsy examination suspected tissue. If needed, radical performed.
