Planning System Success: A Conceptualization and an Operational Model

摘要: Research on strategic planning has been handicapped by lack of an appropriate operationalizing scheme for measuring the success systems. In this paper, operational model system is developed in terms two interrelated dimensions—improvements capabilities and extent fulfillment key objectives. Multiple items reflecting these dimensions are proposed. Construct validity evaluated applying Joreskog's analysis covariance structures approach data practices 202 units. Validated measurement schemes offered use future research efforts effectiveness.
