摘要: The Sn-based ZrSiO4 nanocomposite coatings have been synthesized by pulse co-electrodeposition technique from an aqueous electrolyte containing SnCl2·2H2O, C6H17N3O7, Triton X, and varying amounts of nano-sized particles (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 g/L). As-deposited films analyzed using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope equipped with energy dispersive spectrometer, transmission microscope. microhardness, wear as well corrosion property the also evaluated. It is observed that surface morphology Sn-ZrSiO4 strongly dependent on reinforcement concentration in electrolyte, solder deposited 25 g/L yields highest hardness best among all samples. whisker growth propensity developed nanocomposites has examined after 90 days aging at room temperature reported here.
