摘要: The spatial distribution of phytoplankton in the surface waters a typical, deep subalpine lake was investigated by analysing water samples collected at 3 depth ranges (0–1, 9–13, and 15–19 m) 7 sites (21 total samples) using generalized linear model. biovolume different phytoplanktonic taxa significantly differed between ranges. Different algal showed maximum population density depths as result optima light, physical conditions, nutrients. layer 9–13 m greatest abundance phytoplankton, mainly represented Bacillariophyceae Cyanobacteria. Conversely, Chlorophyceae, which require few nutrients are not inhibited high light energy, were most abundant surface. vertical heterogeneity closely paralleled that nutrients, turn depend on stable thermal stratification column. Biovolume chemical parameters did differ sampling some kilometers apart due to large horizontal movements create relatively uniform conditions throughout basin.
