摘要: People with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in the U.S. have rates of co-occurring chronic medical illnesses two to three times higher than general population a corresponding reduction life expectancy 25 years. SPMI community setting are vulnerable population, subject self- perceived stigma that prevent them from seeking adequate care.
