摘要: More is known about the rates of ion-molecule reactions than those any other family chemical reactions. This chapter will not, however, consist a joyful celebration that pleasant reality, but rather, reverse—it take somewhat severe look at what we need to know, sometimes think know; and in fact do know. The ultimate objective, complete mutual overlap all three domains, very far from being realized: despite proclamation first sentence, there little between third categories present time.
