摘要: This paper is intended to deal with a dynamic production planning problem for unreliable Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems (RMS). The considered system composed of an industrial facility subject random failures and producing product family given market demand. demand varies in term type rate. To face the three sources uncertainty (failures, rate) manufacturing designed be reconfigurable. Within class RMS change its structure quickly order adjust capability capacity produce. Given significant compromise between reconfiguration, production, inventory backlog costs, this main objective aims propose feedback adaptive strategy which provides better control reconfiguration sequence rate minimizes cost function. A programming formulation presented. Then, numerical schema adopted solve obtained optimality conditions. Under hedging point policies (HPP) class, configuration dependent HPP proposed. results show gain incurred costs compared those when decision are developed independently decisions. Several sensitivity analysis conducted illustrate robustness effectiveness proposed policies.
