摘要: Recent developments of polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases (CSPs) for the direct separation enantiomers in high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) are mainly reviewed together with results on mechanistic studies by means chromatography, NMR and mass spectroscopies, computational methods. Miscellaneous applications polysaccharide derivatives to newly developed, dynamic (DHPLC) obtaining a nonracemic compound also described.
