摘要: Endophytic fungi were first isolated from the fresh root of Chinese medicinal plant Vernonia anthelmintica collected Hotan Prefecture within Xinjiang Autonomous region People’s Republic China. This has been used in Uyghur traditional medicine to treat vitiligo, a skin condition characterized by patches losing their pigment. In total, fifteen fungal strains isolated. Among these, four endophytic identified DNA sequences and registered GenBank with accession numbers. The isolates as Schizophyllum commune XJA1, Talaromyces sp. XJA4, Aspergillus XJA6, terreus XJA8. Ethyl acetate extracts all quantify melanin content identify vitro biological activity assays including antimicrobial, antioxidant, cytotoxic, antidiabetic tyrosinase on B16 cells. strains, ethyl extract XJA6 was chosen for further characterization because it presented highest against these tests. addition, twenty volatile compounds petroleum ether fraction GC–MS.
