摘要: In this article, we explore and compare two distinct configurations of the “nanoradio” concept where individual carbon nanotube resonators are central electromechanical element permitting signal demodulation. The singly-clamped field emitters doubly-clamped effect transistors examined which at first glance quite different, but in fact involve similar physical concepts. Amplitude, frequency digital demodulation demonstrated analytical formulae describing derived as functions system parameters. crucial role played by mechanical resonance is clearly demonstrated. For emission configuration particularly concentrate on how depends variation amplification factor during show that amplitude results best transmitted signal. transistor important aspect conductance a function its distance to gate. case much more effective processing was achieved. respective strengths weaknesses each discussed throughout article.
